By using our website and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service (β€œTerms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the site.


1) Who we are

This website is operated by Restora Holistics (β€œwe”, β€œus”, β€œour”). You can contact us at contact@restoraholistics.co.uk.


2) Using our website

You agree that you will:

  • Use the website for lawful purposes only

  • Not attempt to damage, hack, or disrupt the site

  • Not copy or reuse our content (see Section 12)

We may suspend or restrict access to the site if we believe there has been misuse.


3) Products we sell

We sell honey and infused honey products plus natural skincare and haircare.

Important product notes

  • All jars are sealed and tamper-evident. For safety and hygiene, we can’t accept returns of opened or unsealed goods (see Section 9 and our Returns & Refunds Policy).

  • Honey safety: Honey should not be given to babies under 12 months.

  • Natural variation: Colour, texture, and scent may vary between batches due to natural ingredients. Honey may crystallise over timeβ€”this is normal and not a fault.


4) Health, skincare, and allergy information

  • Our skincare/haircare products are for external use only unless clearly stated otherwise.

  • Always read the label and ingredients before use.

  • If you have sensitive skin, allergies, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under medical care, please consult a qualified professional if needed.

  • We recommend a patch test before first use.

  • We do not make medical promises. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.


5) Prices and product information

  • Prices are shown in [GBP] unless stated otherwise.

  • Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible, but colours may look different on different screens.

  • We may correct pricing or listing errors. If a price is clearly incorrect, we may cancel the order and refund you.


6) Placing an order

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation/dispatch confirmation (depending on how your store is set up).

We may refuse or cancel an order if, for example:

  • The item is out of stock

  • We suspect fraud or misuse

  • We can’t ship to your location

If we cancel, we will refund you.


7) Payment

We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order (unless your checkout states otherwise).


8) Shipping and international deliveries

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Delivery timeframes can be affected by customs processing.


9) Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains what can and can’t be returned (especially for sealed food and personal care items).

If you’re a UK customer, you generally have a 14-day right to cancel eligible online orders (with exceptions for sealed goods once unsealed).

Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights. Goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.


10) Promotions and discount codes

  • Discount codes must be used as stated and may have expiry dates.

  • Unless stated otherwise, only one discount code can be used per order.

  • We may withdraw or refuse a promotion if there is misuse.


11) Subscriptions (only if you offer these)

If you offer subscriptions, add:

  • Billing frequency

  • How to cancel

  • How price changes are handled

(If you don’t offer subscriptions, you can remove this section.)


12) Intellectual property

All website content (text, images, branding, logos, product names, and designs) belongs to Restora Holistics or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without written permission.


13) Reviews and user content

If you submit reviews or comments, you agree they:

  • Are truthful and not misleading

  • Don’t infringe anyone’s rights

  • Don’t contain abusive, illegal, or harmful content

We may remove content that breaches these Terms.


14) Our responsibility (liability)

We do our best to provide a reliable website and quality products. However:

  • We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control (courier delays, customs delays, severe weather, etc.).

  • We are not responsible for misuse of products or failure to follow label instructions.

  • We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).


15) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order will apply to that order.


16) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales (unless your local consumer law says otherwise).
