Shipping Policy (Restora Holistics)

We aim to dispatch orders quickly and package everything securely. All jars are sealed and include a tamper-evident seal.


1) Where we ship

We ship:

  • Within the UK

  • Internationally

If your country is not available at checkout, please email contact@restoraholistics.co.uk and we’ll do our best to help.


2) Processing time (order preparation)

  • Orders are typically processed within [1–3] business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • During busy periods (launches, seasonal peaks), processing may take a little longer.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.


3) UK delivery

At checkout, you’ll see the available delivery options and prices for your order.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Standard UK Delivery: [2–4] business days

  • Express UK Delivery (if offered): [1–2] business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or peak seasons.


4) International delivery

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Europe: [5–10] business days

  • Rest of World: [7–20] business days

Please note: international deliveries can occasionally take longer due to customs processing and local courier networks.


5) Customs, duties, and import taxes (international orders)

For international orders, your shipment may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees. These charges are set by your local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.

We are unable to:

  • Mark orders as β€œgift” to avoid charges

  • Refund duties/taxes charged by customs

If a parcel is refused due to customs charges and returned to us, we can refund eligible items minus any shipping/return fees charged to us.


6) Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

If you notice a mistake, email contact@restoraholistics.co.uk as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll try to update it.


7) Tracking

If your shipping method includes tracking, we’ll provide tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


8) Damaged parcels, leaks, or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incomplete, please email contact@restoraholistics.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item(s) and outer packaging (including the shipping label)

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.


9) Lost or delayed deliveries

If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, contact us at contact@restoraholistics.co.uk and we will help investigate with the courier.

A parcel may be considered β€œlost” after the courier’s investigation timeframe has passed. If confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.


10) Sustainable packaging

Where possible, we use secure, protective packaging to keep products safe in transit while reducing waste.
